Although i have worked hard to make sure that BeFaster is as bug free as possible, there is no software that is perfect. As a result, if you find a bug, please let me know. There may be other people that are having the same problem and it won't be fixed if i don't know about it. New version of BeFaster is released when new features are suggested, or a bug is found.

When you request the support (comments, supports, bug reports, questions,...) Please answer these questions below (in your email message) .

• Your Job (student, engineer, teacher, doctor,.....)
• Internet Experience (how many years or months)
• Computer Experience (how many years or months)
• Internet Connection Type (dial-up modem, cable modem, DSL,..)
• Your computer's CPU (pentium, celeron, pentium2, pentium3,...)
• Your computer's OS (windows 95, windows 98, windows NT,.....)
• Your computer's Ram (16MB, 32MB, 64MB, 128MB, 256 MB,...)
